Khalid
HAMDOUCH
Associé gérant

Alternant des positions de conseil et de direction en entreprise, Khalid possède 19 ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’entreprises en développement ou en difficulté, en France et à l’international. Il a accompagné avec succès plus de 50 PME et grands groupes dans leurs réflexions stratégiques, l’efficacité managériale et la mise en œuvre de plans de transformation. Il a également conduit de nombreuses acquisitions, cessions, restructurations et liquidations.

Avant Carving, Khalid a été Associé de Management & Participation aux côtés de Jean-Claude MICHEL. Pendant 6 ans ils ont accompagné des directions générales avec une approche impliquée dans les dossiers et pris 4 participations aux côtés de créateurs d’entreprises.

Précédemment, Khalid a développé pendant 5 ans son expertise du secteur Transport-Logistique au sein de Norbert Dentressangle, d’abord dans des fonctions de Direction de projet (Organisation division transport, déploiement SAP) puis de Direction commerciale grands comptes Europe.

 

Auparavant, il a commencé sa carrière chez PricewaterhouseCoopers où il est intervenu pendant 5 ans sur des projets de transformation pour des grands groupes internationaux (industrie aéronautique, services, télécoms, médias).

Khalid est diplômé de HEC (Executive MBA) et de l’Université Paris-Dauphine (Master Affaires Internationales).

Jean-Claude
Michel
Senior advisor

Jean-Claude has a 40+ years of experience in managing international service companies, and since 2008 as a management consultant.

In 2008, he created Management & Participation in collaboration with Khalid HAMDOUCH before supporting him now as Senior Advisor, involved in the development of Carving.

Among others activities, Jean-Claude sits in several board : President of FM Logistic board, President of Alila real-estate supervisory board, Adequat Interim, Mauffrey Transports.

Previously, Jean-Claude worked for 19 years in the transport and logistics sector at Norbert Dentressangle (Head of the transport division, General Manager and finally CEO for 10 years).

 

 

 

 

He previously gained experience in marketing and sales at SODEXO group as head of Hospitals business unit.

Jean-Claude is a graduate from EMLYON Business School.

Frédéric
Lartillerie
Senior Manager

Frédéric has 12 years of experience in consulting helping more than 20 large groups and SME in the Transport and services industry. His scope of intervention covers strategic design but also its implementation (organizational optimization, process and performance improvement, systems and change management).

Before joining Carving, Frédéric worked for 4 years with Eurogroup consulting as a Manager in the ‘Transportation, Logistic and Services’ business line leading several transformation initiatives.

Previously, Frédéric worked 3 years for Sopra Consulting in various projects for Service companies: management control and accounting processes, SAP roll-out, communication and change management.

 

Initially, Frédéric started his career in a small operational advisory firm focusing on management and performance control issues for SME’s. Among others he participated forward strategic integration studies of transport activities.

Frédéric is a graduate from Montpellier Business School in France, and the Sichuan University in China.
