Beyond our extended experience in the transport and logistics sector, Carving also has references in trading, distribution, catering sector, housing promotion, cleaning and facility management companies …

In sport, Carving refers to the concept of performance control: sharpening curves, increasing speed and feeling whilst maintaining control.

Berriat
Consultant

Florine has 2 years of experience in management consulting.

 

She has already advised 7 service companies (road transport, logistics, handling, groupement of corporations).

 

Her field of intervention has so far extended from taking part to company diagnosis (sales, HR, financial, technical, IT, operations), market surveys and dynamics, project management (action plans design and follow-up, workshops preparation and animation, client and executive interviews...).

 

Florine is a graduate from EM Lyon Business School (Master in management) after graduating in Business Law (Master 2). She joined Carving at the beginning of 2021 for her final internhip before being hired.

 

 

Khalid
HAMDOUCH
Associé gérant

Switching from consultant to executive positions, Khalid possess 25 years of experience inthe management in growing or distress companies, in France and worldwide. Has has accompanied with success more than 100 small and medium size companies and large groups in their strategic thinking, performance improvement and corporate transformation. He has also peformed 20+ mergers and acquisitions and liquidations.

He regularly intervenes as an executive coach and independant board member.

Before Carving, Khalid was Partner at Management & Participation alongside with Jean-Claude MICHEL. For 6 years, the advised CEO's with a hands on approach in various company transformations. Also taking 4 equity positions in service start-ups.

 

Prior to that, Khalid developped for 5 years his expertise of the Transport-Logistics industry at Norbert Dentressangle (now XPO), first as a Project Director (Organisation of the transport division, SAP roll out) then, as Director key accounts and business development Europe.

 

But first, after a short audit experience at Arthur Andersen, he started his career in business consulting working for 5 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mainly working on corporate transformations for large international groups in various industries (aerospace, services, telecom, transport and logistics). 

Khalid is a graduate of HEC Paris (Executive MBA) and Paris-Dauphine University - PSL (Master 212 International Business).

Frédéric
Lartillerie
Director

Frédéric has 15 years of experience in consulting helping more than 40 large groups and SME in the Transport and services industry. His scope of intervention covers strategic design but also its implementation (organizational optimization, process and performance improvement, systems and change management). He also takes part in M&A deals in the transport industry.

Before joining Carving, Frédéric worked for 4 years with Eurogroup consulting as a Manager in the ‘Transportation, Logistic and Services’ business line leading several transformation initiatives.

Previously, Frédéric worked 3 years for Sopra Consulting in various projects for Service companies: management control and accounting processes, SAP roll-out, communication and change management.

 

Initially, Frédéric started his career in a small operational advisory firm focusing on management and performance control issues for SME’s. Among others he participated forward strategic integration studies of transport activities.

Frédéric is a graduate from Montpellier Business School in France, and the Sichuan University in China.

He is also certified in Corporate Finance at HEC Paris.
